Journey Out

Serving Seniors  We would like to give a $50 Market Basket gift card to each of the 14 seniors registered with the food pantry.  They don’t come to the pantry in January, so this would help them have food until February. Elizabeth Landry will give them out on Dec. 18th, with a Christmas card from FCCBPlease note “pantry seniors” on your check to FCCB.  Thanks!

Proceeds from the Christmas Fair:  $1500 for World Vision children,

$1000 for World Vision disaster relief, and $1200 for Life Bridge

Life Bridge needs mentors!  There are 7 local at-risk middle school boys and girls seeking adult mentors.  Five of them have lost parents or other close relatives to drug overdoses.  Would you give 90 minutes a week to provide hope to a local young person?  If interested, contact Richard Menzel ASAP.

Barrington Food Pantry needs baby wipes, disinfectant wipes and body wash.  Thank you for putting donations in the basket in the entry.

Celebrate!

Barrington will celebrate its 300th anniversary in 2022!  FCCB would like to participate in the parade (July 23), a cemetery tour & other activities (most will happen 7/23-30), with some each month.
