First Annual Spring Bike Fest 2019

May 18, 2019 was our first annual Spring Bike Fest hosted by Seacoast Crossroad Disciples (chapter #1221 of Christian Motorcyclists Association).
The day’s events were ENTIRELY free including lunch for all attendees. We opened at 9am with free coffee and pastries. B & C Detailing, Barrington Motorworks, and Rochester Motorsports attended as vendors and RMS even brought along a Slingshot for people to test drive. We had a self-guided Scrabble Run (with prize for highest scoring tiles) and several local vendors were happy to be Scrabble stops for us. We had wonderful live music, preaching, a judged bike show (complete with trophies!), goodie bags and free lunch! A good time seemed to be had by all. We wrapped the day around 3pm. God saw fit to give us beautiful weather and bring many bikers to the event. We are looking forward to Bike Fest 2020!!

In 2019 The Spring Bike Fest was held on the grounds of the First Congregational Church of Barrington NH (710 Franklin Pierce Highway (Route 9 past Calef’s store) on May 18, 2019 from 9AM to 3PM.

The purpose of this event is to kick off the riding season by bringing motorcyclists (and those interested in the sport) together for a time of fun and fellowship. This is a free event (not a fundraiser) with the hope of energizing interest in the sport and letting those who attend know about the local vendors and organizations that support motorcycling in our community.

The event will included:

-Vendors from local bike shops with motorcycles, motorcycle services, and related gear (all makes and models- local dealers are attending)

-A ride-in bike show judged by the attendees.

-An antique/vintage bike display.

-A local motorcycle ride in which the riders get scrabble pieces and win a prize based on word/number count.

-Free food and drinks.

-Music.

Free gift bags for the attendees that will include a list of the vendors including contact numbers and services that they provide (SWAG).
